Our class is learning communication and teamwork skills through different Survivor challenges. Here is the MushJay tribe-the winners of the first challenge! This tribe was allowed to wear the Survivor bandana all day to showcase their great teamwork skills. Do you think you are ready to survive fourth grade?

These smiling faces won the tribal challenge! The tribes were put to a teamwork and strategy challenge-putting together a 100 piece puzzle. Although this was the first tribe done, all tribes were worthy of winning the award! The encouraging words and teamwork were really used well in this challenge.

Miss Stacy, from Bucketfillers for Life teaches Scott students about the importance of being a bucket filler. Students learned that each one of us carries an invisible bucket that holds all our good feelings. When someone does something nice it is called filling our bucket. On the other hand when someone treats us badly they dip into our bucket.
